Empresas usam redes sociais para testar e lançar produtos
Há muito, especialistas afirmam que as redes sociais podem servir de vitrine para as empresas, uma vez que por ali transitam milhões de pessoas. Certos empresários já entenderam e estão se beneficiando dos sites de relacionamento. Muitos estão usando as redes sociais – Twitter, Facebook, MySpace, etc – como se fossem uma grande pesquisa de mercado, uma forma barata de expor seus produtos e de receber um retorno imediato sobre eles. Vêm tendo excelentes resultados.
A vasta maioria do empresariado brasileiro, no entanto, ainda não atentou para isso. Uma pesquisa recente da Associação Comercial de São Paulo mostrou que não chega a 20% o número de empresas do estado que estão nas redes sociais. É verdade que o número vem crescendo, a tendência é animadora. Mas, a gente se pergunta: se em São Paulo, que é de longe o estado mais avançado da nação, a situação é essa, como é que fica o resto?
